Our story
Experience that evolved into institutional capability
The story of Domus Consulting is built on the professional career of Luis Alfonso Gómez, an attorney with experience in the financial sector, commercial law and real estate legal operations.
His career has focused on structuring and analyzing transactions for financial institutions, from collateral management and title reviews to contract review, asset title clearing, mortgage processes and specialized legal advice. That experience made it possible to understand the real estate business not only from the law, but from the operation itself: its parties, timelines, controls and requirements.
Over time, that knowledge evolved into a business structure able to integrate legal talent, processes, technology and operational management under a single standard.
That is how Domus Consulting took shape: a firm specialized in Real Estate Legal Operations.
